It has excellent adhesion and alkali resistance. The attractive silky texture can cover minor imperfections on the substrate surface. Properly applied coating has the ability to cover cracks up to 0.8 mm. It provides very good weather and water resistance. It contains anti fungal and anti bacterial additives.
